Equipment:
- Heavy weights (I use between 15-25lb dumbbells depending on the lift. Beginners can use between 5-10lb)
- Light weights (I use 5lb dumbbells. Beginners can use 1-5lb)
- Small Pilates ball (9") or pillow
- Resistance bands
- Other house hold items: kitchen chair, pillows, etc
