Format:
- 5 minute breathwork and mobility
- 15-20 minutes of Lower Body Build
- 10-15 minutes of Cardio Burst + dance cardio (low-impact options given)
- 10-15 minutes of Upper Body Build
- 5-10 minutes of Core Burn
- 5-10 minutes of mobility and savasana

    - Heavy weights (I'm using 25 lb dumbbells - beginners can use bodyweight for legs, and 5-10lb for chest)
    - Light weights (I'm using 5lb dumbbells - beginners can use anywhere from 1-3lb)
    - Small pillow
    (We didn't end up using the gliders, so you don't need them)
