Classes are live, but stay recorded if you can't come live. The schedule can be found at the top of the membership - toggle over and download the schedule. All classes are M-F at 8am PST. The classes take about 30 minutes-1 hour to upload to the membership after they are filmed live.
Equipment: (click in forums for some linked options)
- Light dumbbells (Beginners use 2-3lb, I use 5lb)
- Heavy dumbbells (Beginners can use 8-10lb, I use 15's, 20's, or 25's, depending on the lift)
- A long resistance band
- A small Pilates ball (or you can use a pillow)
- Gliders (or you can use paper plates/towels/etc)
