  • Full Body Barre Build: Glutes, abs, shoulders, triceps, chest (10-22-21)

    Equipment:
    - Chair or something to step up onto
    - Heavy weights (I have 20s, 15s, 12s)
    - Light weights (I have 5s)
    - Small Pilates Ball

  • Full Body Barre Build: Quads, inner thighs, triceps, upper back, chest(10-15-21)

    Equipment:
    - Heavy weights (I'm using 20s, 15s, 12s)
    - Light hand weights (I'm using 3s)
    - Long resistance band
    - Small Pilates ball
    - Access to a wall
    - Sturdy support
    - Stability ball and pillows (optional)

    - Resistance band
    - Stability ball (totally optional)
